How? Fascia.

It’s our body’s connective tissue and brilliant organization system. It distributes the strains of our everyday movement. When fascia becomes restricted/sticky/tight or overstretched, we tend to feel limited.

My offerings include Soma Structural Integration, Myofascial Balancing, and movement education. Together, we’ll identify patterns of strain that may be causing pain or restricting your movement. We will support your body’s natural ability to move with comfort and you will leave with tools to continue your explorations.
