Payment

Payments are collected at the end of each appointment. Forms of payment accepted include credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and check. Tipping is not expected, my rate includes all fees.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I'm happy to provide a superbill (medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary depending on your individual plan.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to find a solution together.

Car Accident / Personal Injury Protection (PIP)

I accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims for treatment related to motor vehicle accidents (MVA). To begin care, you will need a prescription for massage or manual therapy from a qualified healthcare provider, along with your claim information.
