Payment

All payments are at time of appointment. I accept payment through cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (including HSA/FSA cards).

Insurance

I am an Out of Network provider, meaning I do not bill or accept insurance. I can provide a ‘superbill’/medical receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Cancellations

I request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I’m also human — I understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected events happen. Please give me as much notice as possible so we can work together to find a solution.

Car Accident/ Personal Injury Protection (PIP)

I do accept claims (PIP) related to car accidents. To process these, I will need a doctor’s prescription for massage/manual therapy as well as information about your claim. Please reach out if you are interested in pursuing treatment.
