Transformative & Fascia-Centered Bodywork

Criatura is a space for curiosity and possibility, in both body and being.

I offer holistic and tailored bodywork sessions that blend hands-on manual therapy/bodywork, Soma Structural Integration, somatic awareness, and movement education.

This is a space to find freedom in your movement, to unwind tension and pain patterns, and to explore the edges of what feels possible in your body.

I am endlessly inspired the body’s innate capacity to heal.

Soma Structural Integration is a form of hands-on therapy that comes from the work developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, the founder of Rolfing®. This groundbreaking modality is a transformative approach to improving the body's alignment and function.

Soma works directly with fascia, a system of connective tissue that weaves through every system of the body. Fascia constantly adapts to our daily habits, injuries, and movement patterns over a lifetime.

The goals of Soma are to open, align, and balance the body’s fascial system. By working in layers, from most superficial to deep, this work facilitates long-term changes, rather than chasing symptoms.
