Unfurl invites you to meet springtime through your body, in community, and in relationship with the living world.
Over three weeks, we will gather in an intimate container to explore practices that support connection, presence, and embodied vitality.
This is a space to slow down and move with what is already unfolding within you. This season offers us a chance to explore and make space for what is now. Our intention through Unfurl is to offer a container of nourishment and possibility, so that we may be resourced and show up in our lives fully.
Each week we will center a resource:
Self — cultivate or deepen pathways of sensing through the body
Together — shared movement practices in community
The Living World — shared time in a local park to explore our relationship with the more-than-human world
What this container holds:
Yin Yoga
