Soma Structural Integration Bodywork
Inspiring aliveness, ease & movement that feels fluid
Soma Structural Integration is a form of manual therapy that comes from the teaching lineage of Dr. Ida Rolf, the creator of Rolfing. The goal of this modality is to open, align, and balance the body through its fascia, a.k.a. connective tissue.
Fascia adapts to our daily habits, injuries, and movement patterns over a lifetime. My intention as a practitioner is to support unwinding patterns that may not be serving you and enhance your body’s natural ability to move with comfort. You will leave with tools to continue your explorations.
Who is Soma Structural Integration for?
This work is for all. It is especially supportive if you experience chronic pain or discomfort, stress, injuries, repetitive overuse and postural strain, or simply want to feel more at home in your body.
Soma invites a sense of uprightness and ease in gravity, increases balance, creates mobility and improved range of motion, deepens breath, and increases a sense of vitality.
